Clare is responsible for the operational and administrative support for the Practice, leading a widely skilled team of Practice Support Specialists to ensure that the client experience is consistently professional, efficient, and handled with care at every stage.

With over 15 years of experience in back-office operations, Practice management, and PA roles at St. James’s Place, I have developed a strong background in delivering exceptional administrative and client support within professional financial environments.

I hold both BA and MA degrees in English and am also a qualified mortgage and protection adviser, combining strong communication skills with industry knowledge and expertise. Highly organised, efficient, and hardworking, I thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy taking on new challenges, and am committed to delivering a professional, positive, and effective client experience.

My achievements have also been recognised through several industry and community awards, including winning Team Leader in the Financial Industry from Investment Week in 2024, being named Kent Women in Finance of the Year in February 2025, and winning Kent Businesswoman of the Year in December 2025. In 2026, I will be stepping away from taking part in awards and feel honoured to have been invited back as a judge, recognising both my professional accomplishments and my commitment to supporting and inspiring others within the industry and wider community.

Outside of my professional career, I am passionate about reading and writing, and I am currently working on my first book project, which reflects my creativity and enthusiasm for storytelling and personal development.

I am a proud advocate for both Cancer Research UK and A-Sisterhood, where I have been recognised for my ongoing fundraising efforts and dedication to supporting those affected by cancer and women’s health challenges. Through organising campaigns, raising awareness, and engaging with my community, I have worked hard to make a meaningful impact and contribute towards vital support services and life-changing research.

As a finalist for Miss Great Britain, I am also using my platform and public profile to further amplify these causes, helping to raise both awareness and funds on a larger scale. I am passionate about using every opportunity available to inspire others, encourage charitable involvement, and create positive change within the community.
